Complaints Procedure
Your satisfaction is our priority.
All of our team members are trained to the highest standard and motivated to meet your requirements.
However, in the unlikely event any of our Cleaning Consultants work falls below your expectations please let us know immediately and no later than 48 hours after the appointment. You can do so via your booking emails, our APP or by email to office@1houraweek.co.uk
Please let us know the exact nature of your complaint and if necessary please include photographs and any other information of relevance.
We will come back to you within 2 hours with our initial findings and will undertake whatever remedial action is required.
Insurance Claims
All of our Cleaning Consultants are covered by our public liability and employers insurance. In the unlikely event of any damages or breakages caused by the Cleaning Consultant please let us know within 48 hours of the appointment. Please provide us with written evidence and photographs as applicable.
All complaints and claims are taken very seriously. We will aim to resolve all issues as quickly as possible and to the satisfaction of all parties. For serious instances such as fire, flood, or serious injury etc which may require a claim there is an excess of £250.00 payable by the client.
