Our vision at 1 Hour A Week is built on a genuine desire to consistently provide our clients the very best cleaning service.
Over decades working in the Residential Property business, our founders saw, first hand, the impact of poor ‘professional’ cleaning outcomes, on home owners, landlords, Tenant’s and Estate Agents. With lost time and money causing stress and inconvenience for everyone involved
On a daily basis our founders would hear the same comments and questions:
“Can you recommend a cleaning company-it is so difficult to find a good cleaner’’
“I paid a fortune for an end of Tenancy cleaner and not only were they late, they did a terrible job and we lost nearly all of our deposit’’

The 1 Hour a Week Team
- Everyone in our team, office based or working at the customer interface, receive full and intensive training on every aspect of the cleaning process.
- All members of our team are trained to understand you are relying on our service to be exceptional.
- Our cleaning consultants are paid at least the London Living Wage.
- We have comprehensive insurance cover including public liability/employers liability insurance (see Terms and Conditions).
- Every member of our team is fully vetted and CRB checked.
